Personal Chef Elaine Rockett
Chef Elaine has had a lifelong interest in cooking and finding and developing recipes and menus to please her family and friends so that every meal is something to look forward to. Special occasions have always been an opportunity to plan menus and prepare food, whether it is a large family Thanksgiving dinner or a picnic in the park.
She decided to take her service public in the fall of 2006 and started her own company, Come Home to Dinner.
Elaine joined the United States Personal Chef Association in the spring of 2006. She received her Personal Chef Diploma from the Culinary Business Academy in October 2006. Elaine has passed the ServSafe® certification test for food safety. She has attended national conferences of the United States Personal Chef Association where she participated in workshops and learned even more about the personal chef industry and how to better serve her clients.
